Terms of use

What this website is, and what it is not.

Plain terms for a small nonprofit website. The most important part is the second section, so we put it near the top.

Last updated 21 August 2026.

Using this website

You are welcome to read, print, and share anything here. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Everything here is for information. It is not medical, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to someone qualified.

We connect people. We do not provide services.

Community Resource Partners is a connector, not a provider. We do not offer medical care, treatment, counseling, legal advice, or housing. We help you reach the organizations that do.

That distinction is the whole point of this organization, so it is worth being blunt about. When we point you toward another organization, they decide who they can help, on their own terms and their own timeline. We do not control that and we cannot promise it.

This is not an emergency service

Nobody is monitoring this website. We are small, and we do not answer the phone at every hour.

If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911. For a mental-health or substance-use crisis, call or text 988, or reach the Georgia Crisis & Access Line at 1-800-715-4225. Those lines are staffed any hour of any day. This website is not.

Other organizations we mention

We list public helplines and organizations because we think they are useful, not because we run them, are paid by them, or are affiliated with them. We are not.

We do not control what they do, whether they have room, or what they charge. If we link somewhere, you are leaving this site and their rules apply.

We do not promise outcomes

We will try to help you find the right door. We cannot promise you housing, a job, a bed, benefits, or any particular result, and nobody honest would.

Keeping this accurate

Phone numbers change and programs close. We check what we publish and we correct it when we learn it is wrong, but we cannot guarantee every detail is current at the moment you read it. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

Giving

Community Resource Partners Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Whether a gift is deductible on your own return depends on your circumstances, so ask your tax adviser rather than us.

Limits

We publish this site in good faith and free of charge. To the fullest extent the law allows, Community Resource Partners Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from any organization we point you toward.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes, and how to reach us

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Questions go to mark@communityresourcepartners.org or (678) 851-0554.
