Community Resource Partners believes that people and families are stronger when they have access to the right resources, meaningful support, and opportunities to succeed.

We work to connect individuals and families with community resources and supportive organizations that can help them navigate challenges and move toward greater stability and independence.

What we do

We are a connector.

Community Resource Partners connects people with the organizations, programs, and services that can help. We are a connector and a referral partner — we do not provide medical, clinical, legal, or housing services ourselves.

That distinction matters, so we will say it plainly rather than bury it: We do not offer medical care, treatment, counseling, legal advice, or housing. We help you reach the organizations that do.

Who is behind this

A small team with a long history in this work.

Mark Zamora, BBA, MBA

Executive Director

Mark has been working in the field of substance abuse and mental health for over 28 years. He has collaborated with the Georgia Substance Abuse Council.

He worked as the Program Director for the Rebound Drug Court Program with DeKalb County, and served as Executive Director for Abundant Life Academy Boarding School for troubled teens in Kanab, Utah. He was the founder and Executive Director for New Day Life Recovery, a residential program for young adults and men with drug and alcohol dependency issues.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Management, and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Tanya Zamora, M.Ed., Ed.S., M.S.

Program Director

Tanya has worked in the education field for over 30 years. She began her professional career as a classroom teacher in Texas and Georgia before earning her M.Ed. in School Counseling.

She has also earned an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Technology in Education and a Master of Science in Information Systems.
