Our programs
Four ways in.
We help people handle immediate needs, remove barriers, prepare for work, and connect to the resources they need to move forward.
Step 1
Get Through Today.
Food, hygiene supplies and essential items.
Step 2
Remove the Barriers.
ID, transportation, clothing and other practical needs.
Step 3
Get Ready to Work.
Resume help, interview practice and training.
Step 4
Build What’s Next.
Employment connections and ongoing community support.
Every one of these starts the same way: a conversation about what is actually going on, and then a call to an organization that can do something about it.
Community Resource Partners is a connector, not a provider. We do not offer medical care, treatment, counseling, legal advice, or housing. We help you reach the organizations that do.

Workforce Development02 · Program
Recovery Support
Peer connection, and a route into treatment from the providers who can actually give it.
What you can get connected to
- Peer recovery coaching
- Treatment referrals
- Recovery groups
- Relapse prevention planning
How it works
- 1You talk to someone who has been through it, not to an intake form.
- 2We help you reach providers who can assess and treat — we are not one of them.
- 3If a bed or a slot is what you need, the Georgia Crisis & Access Line can locate one statewide, and we will sit with you while you call.
- 4We check back. Losing touch is the single most common way this falls apart.

- 3We sort out the practical blockers first — ID, transport, clothes, a phone that works.
- 4We point you at employers and training that are genuinely open to you.

Why structure matters
The number moves when support is there.
That is Georgia’s own corrections data, not ours: 31.1% of people released from state facilities in 2022 were reconvicted of a felony within three years. For people released from transition centers — where housing and support are structured — it was 12.3%. It is the clearest argument we know of for the work.

Not sure which one you need?
That is normal, and it is not something you have to work out on your own. Start anywhere and we will figure it out with you.
